We met with Sarah Linden, personal trainer and friend of Quest Apartment Hotels, to film an at-home workout you can do from your living room, balcony, backyard, hotel room - you name it. WARM UP * Quad stretch * Seated hamstring stretch * Cobra stretch * Lower back stretch WORKOUT Complete each exercise for 15 reps, followed by a 45 second break.
